Used after Wheel of Fate. 

Re-rolls all blue stats (magical options) on an item. 

The new lines are random – may result in better or worse stats. 

Consumes 1 Wheel of Fortune per use. 

🖋️ Feather Pen of Fortune 

The Feather Pen of Fortune is an Item Mall tool used after using the Wheel of Fortune.

- It allows you to re-roll the blue stats (magical options) on your item. 

- The new stats are applied randomly – meaning you can get better or worse blues compared to before. 

- Each use consumes 1 Feather Pen of Fortune. 

- It is especially useful when you want to try your luck for higher STR/INT bonuses, HP/MP increase, or stronger resistances. 

- Often sold in packs for convenience.
